My experience
I have a wide expertise in event production, graphic design and marketing. In addition I am skilled in content creation, photography, website design and customer service. My studies have focused on business strategy, leadership and communication.

Event marketing at Wavecrest
While at Wavecrest Finland, I worked on event marketing as a project coordinator. The events were diverse, including festival set ups, exhibitions, brand promotion set ups. My responsibilities included event design, event production, creating graphic materials and decoration. I also created content for social media and blog from the events and published it.
Private events at Lykke & Lys
At Lykke & Lys part of my responsibilities were client relations and event services, such as decorating service. I helped clients with their event related questions and decorated the venue for the decoration service.

After a few months of working and getting to know the business, I started to gradually run the main business functions, such as the venue rental calendar, billing, customer service (email, phone, showings), communication and marketing, content creation (photography, graphic design, blog texts, social media post texts, short videos...) and maintenance of the venues.
​
I also created a new visual brand image for Lykke and continuously developed the business by innovating and executing new services and products with the help of the team. Some new services that we launched were the decorating service and the wedding package deal. New products included a ball pit for kids, and free event planning templates that I designed.

Event graphics for
Boomi ry's 55th annual ball
I designed all the event graphics and prints for my student organization Boomi ry's 55th annual ball. The materials included the program and menu pamphlet, photo wall backdrops, marketing graphics, slide shows and table numbers. In addition, my responsibility was to create social media and marketing content for the event and then publish it. I had a team of two assistants that I also trained and oversaw.

I utilized Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Canva and Powerpoint for designing the graphics.
Student events
While studying I was the chairman of my major's student organization Johtoryhmä. I managed a team of six students and we together organized multiple different events. I was also responsible for the event graphics and communication through social media.

The year I was the chairman of the Johtoryhmä, the popularity of the events grew substantially and I was given positive feedback for bringing the organization "back to life".
